- Wire the House
- Rough in Heat and Air
- Insulate
- Sheet rock
- Trim
- Tile Floors
- Cabinets
- Paint
- Fixtures Plumbing and Lighting
- Counter tops
- Showers /Tubs
- Final Plumbing
- Final Electric
- Driveway and Sidewalks
- Final Clean
This is the usual order, however, availability of subs sometimes forces a last minute change.
