Our Story......

Lon is a native Tulsan where he began framing houses in 1970.  He met and married Stephanie in 1975.  She is a native Oklahoman growing up in the southeastern part of the state.  Lon started a framing business in 1979, while Stephanie pursued a career in Information Technologies.  They built their first home in 1983.  Although Lon Framed homes for some of the areas finest builders for another 10 to 12 years, He had discovered he had a passion for home building.  In 1995 T-Town Construction, INC was started. He built some homes in Bixby and Broken Arrow but soon found there was so much competition.  It was then that he decided to build homes in the Owasso area.  The Land was much more affordable and you could offer more to buyers.  They loved the area so much that the Martin's sold their home in Broken Arrow in 2002 and moved to Owasso.
